For an easy understanding I decided to make the separate pages for the types of cuisine that you can try in Russia. One of the page combines Russian and Ukranian cuisine, another – the Caucasus cuisine, one more – the oriental (Asian cuisine).
I decided not to copy the general information about cuisine that you can find in Wikipedia and other recourses, that’s why in the description of Russian and Soviet cuisine, I decided to use the method of induction, which means analyzing the offered food and drinks in popular restaurants of thematic cuisine. I hope you will be able to appreciate the culinary heritage of Russia in St. Petersburg.
The information about food is written laconically, it is divided into several logical parts: entrees, first courses, second courses and it is written in the order of Russian alphabet (as you will see in Russian restaurants). In order to get more information about the meals you can use the “search” button. On the bottom of each cuisine I decided to add some tasty-looking photos. Enjoy your reading, be prepared to have a great food experience there!
By the way, the app-translator Word Lens can be very helpful for reading the menus! Download it for free and use it offline. Enjoy it!
